I understand that managers may be busy, and not have time to look through and submit their turn every week. I also understand that some managers send their turn to another manager, asking to them look after them for a week.
If this happens I must be made aware of it, and no deals between the manager looking after the team, and the manager in charge of the team will be allowed.
If I find out this has happened without me being made aware, deals between the 2 clubs may be reversed, and other action may be taken.
