seeing 121 Forum is literally getting 4 or 5 posts a week mainly in results
And we will be in season 2 of Game 122 next month.
I hope a new game get announced soon to start early 2024, not bothered what type of game just want the forum to liven up again, lots of sales/swaps.

Do you mean early 2023 ?
I think it would be at least Spring if not after August transfer window next year before 123 is considered as a start date.

agree 121 was pretty much perfect, that's why its lasted as long it has.
my hope would be the same as 121, back to the old untrainables, I liked a player that had 9s in all 3
Kill Karma of its crap
take off inc and inx they are annoying
My favorite thing I used to like about new games is you got a team at random, think I had Lyon in 107 cardiff in 99.
So i would add in tiers for teams, you pay 350 you get a random Tier A team for 5 season
Tier B 300 for 4 seasons
Tier C 225 for 3 seasons
Tier D £150 for 2 seasons
Tier E £75 for 1 season

Game would be too basic now on that format, people would lose interest quickly imo.
I personally don't think too much needs changing, i also like Karma players, just think there needs to be a limit and criteria to the level they are introduced at.

Nothing worse than a new game coming out just to satisfy the early leavers when just putting more time and effort in the existing ones is all that’s needed. Surprise to read calls for a new game when we are still in season 1 in game 122. However I would love the old ‘random team’ for every manager no matter how much you paid. Love that!

As for hating having a particular side personally I would hope that the fact we are all grown men would be enough to combat that issue. A couple examples of this I remember is Dave H in a previous game managed Man Utd despite being a Liverpool fan, I’m also a big AC Milan fan and previously managed Inter Milan and another lad from back in the day Tony E who was a Chelsea fan chose to manage Arsenal to name a few. It’s just a game.

I wouldn’t manage Liverpool if someone paid for me. I’ll have Liverpool players in my teams no problem aside from a select few. But could never manage the club. Fantasy game or not

Not opposed to Ben re-running an old game if he has all the player data still from an old game available but it would have to include all the additions like SA's, UE points, karma etc. A refreshed Game 99 with all the extras sounds good and could be up for that.
Random teams not completely opposed to this but if it happened there's no way i'd be putting down a lump sum as I usually do, I would just pay the minimum and decide season by season if it was for me. It would be bad for business so don't see Ben doing this. If given Palace or Millwall I wouldn't play simple as that.

Would like an old school game out using old squads.
Don't know why this random team idea gets thrown out as its a sure fire way to the poor house for Ben.
Game 122 was a nice idea but is dying before its even started which is an utter shame.

The days of forums are long gone, that’s the inju reasons it’s fairly quiet. New platforms are taking over with WhatsApp and discord. Nothing to do with the games.

After reading the I can’t win thread can’t see many of dads army using discord over the forum any time soon
