Season 1 maybe difficult perhaps the Friendlies could generate the fixtures after so you have a random side selected but you can then select your season 1 turn 1 team

This just went a bit mad for me. All these extra turns, matches and trophies for freindly tournos will add to the cost.
I do not want any extra weeks into a season. Not one, as this will increase the cost of a season ticket.

I like the idea of a 30 turn season, that's a belter maxi I must say.
It's not complicated at all what he's proposing, if we make our own friendlies it's as complicated as we wish to make it for ourselves.
Cost wise, it's 2.50 a turn now, if Ben increased it to 75 quid it wouldn't bother me. What's an extra tenner over the course of 6 months really? I bend a tenner within an hour of being in the pub

No way I'm paying £3 for a turn for a friendly or for no match in the turn or an extra £10 for 4 weeks of friendlies. These comments getting ridiculous now. Ben really does have his work cut out.

To be honest, I think 4 pre season turns is a bit over kill, all I’d ask for is one turn before season 1 turn 1! I’m sure all can agree to that.
We don’t need 4 turns before season starts, pointless

So those of us that don't want to pay an extra £10 per season per team will just have to miss out on a game? Great idea that, bring something into the game that alienates a percentage of the customers.

Turn 1 no game chance to get some swaps etc done
Turn 2 first league game/Cup game whatever
It’s that simple I don’t like the blind turn but I’m not fussed if it’s there or not.
Hard enough arranging forum cup never mind 4 friendlies.
Don’t mind change as long as it’s for the majority some people play the game because they enjoy it.putting prices up etc turns a few away then Ben is losing money there is a fine line from making it affordable for the majority and unaffordable.
My thoughts don’t give a shit either way

Worse thing is when you rely on managers to add friendlies for themselves much of he time people forget, can’t be bothered or whatever. So standard practice that UE randomise 4 matches for us all means job done. Hahaha Gary, as predicted you disagreed again  I think a few are missing the point of my idea of 4 friendly weeks, so I’ll be as simple as possible. This 4 turns gives us all time to practice with various formations, various tactics, do your transfers, scouting and getting it all done before the first game of the season, as per real life. If we had a 1 week turn before the season how do people have time to test anything? They don't! Also having this saves many managers mid season switching systems or trialling systems which may cost them and others dearly. Not only that helps and gives newbies a chance to pick up the game before the season starts, I don’t think we should be selfish here and forget about them.

We don’t need 4 turns before season starts, pointless So one turn to practice one system, one tactic, one week to scout and be expecte to be ready to compete? So the newbies are fucked then. A 4 week turns gives newbies the chance to practice, learn and a better chance from the off.

Well done in predicting I wouldn't like that idea. Doesn't change my mind. An extra four weeks is brutal, no matter how you dress it up.
As for a turn zero, I may be able to live with that but I do not want the prices to rise in order to accommodate it.

And we vote for what we want. Thanks mate, a poll would be a good idea but as previously witnessed some cliques and mates appear to vote together, which is a shame really. I’m actually amazed that a small select few refuse to see the positives and forget their own personal feelings for a moment and think of the game as a whole, how much better it would be for it, how much fairer for the newer managers it is and how much it’ll help everyone in their preparation for the start of the seasons for all the managers in it. Deffo think a trial run is best and the small amount of managers who are not wanting to support it don’t have to join that game, But I bet my bottom dollar most of them will though. Maybe next HFG to give the smaller sides a chance from the off?

1 initial turn with no game played is what should happen. You just receive your squad and the details of opponent for first league game.
