Ive had a couple of these with a couple of players, the last one I did nothing and moral and performance was not affected, where as when i fined a player his form and moral dropped.

I had a player lose aggression stat and showed poor attitude in training. Cpa and it said he agreed and would work harder. is playing great now in youths but aggression never came back.
