- Assists
I would like this to be added to the Statistics page of your team sheet.
- Europa League Spots
Another line or "---------" type of line - To show which clubs make it to the Europa Cup (Minus cup winners).
- Improved Commentary
This was improved a few years ago, however there're still alot of mistakes and to be honest its still quite dull.
- More Staff Interaction
I feel your assistant manager should be messaging you every week with ideas etc
- Unmanaged Team (EFG Only)
After the contacts list we should get a list of all the unmanaged teams.
1) This will help with EOS bids
2) This will help hopefully bring in new people or allow players to see and have an additional squad
- Change of tactics (IN GAME)
We can do subs, change there positions but cant change tactics.
I actually have alot more ideas, but i cant think right now.
Please post your ideas below this will be easier for UE to see and decided on what they can and cannot implement.

The tactics change mid game and assists I agree with.
Assistant Manager - He only really comes into play concerning reserve/youth performances
(If you manage these it's pretty pointless as you can see for yourself if they are playing well?)
And the Unmanaged teams for EOS - Again if you have a season ticket you can scout the complete leagues so you can see who is unmanaged?

Had a discussion with the boys....
- Injuries
A review on the injuries and it's % structure because people feel they are being punished. Some people feel it's fixed because as soon as the post something on the forums the next turn have there best players injured.

a substitution option of 'injured', substitute player x for player y if injured. For example my fr gets injured mid game so rather than swap for the most suitable fr on the bench i could designate that in this situation my formation would change to an extra cm coming on instead.

I think the assists is a big one.
Also how about a consistency rating? Or one for being settled? Some players get transferred every week it seems. Although most people love the transfer side so this may not be an option

- Legends game I don't think will happen.
We current have two formats and I don't that that structure will be changing any time soon.
However i maybe try and set up a forum cup with that sort of aspect behind it see how much backing it gets and then go on to see if UE will implement it.
- That substitute option for benched players is a great idea and I will add it to the above.
- I feel as though consistancy would be a hard one to implement however I feel the settled one is alot easier as the more times a player moves clubs his morale etc can be effectived dramatically penalising his ability by making his stamina go down or his pv making him less desirable for managers meaning no transfer till he improves.
- 7 subs won't happen it would mean a redesign of the MDS. However never say never. Could be a idea for cup games / friendlies as there is a little more space on the back of a mds... Ue can you confirm this? ( confirm there is more space on the back of a mds to implement something etc like 2 more subs?)

Deffo agree with this, I'm fed up of having injury's, down to my last one but I'm expecting more again soon. Not once have I played my strongest eleven this season. I was also told that if you moan or say something the powers that be don't like they make you lose as punishment. I did laugh, at first that is.

Injuries are quite obviously not 'fixed'. What would they gain from that? Absolutely nothing.
You need to build a squad that can cope during periods where your best players are injured. Suggesting that they alter this is ludicrous.

That's right, Poweller.
There will always be clubs who get an injury free season whilst their neighbour is derailed by crocked players. Equally, every player has the same chance of picking up an injury but a youth RM would go unnoticed whereas your first team PL would be a hammer blow.
UE have adjusted injury levels after I had an issue with broken legs! This will mean generally shorter term injuries. Coping with setbacks is part of your managerial brief.
The idea that UE might try to drive customers away by decimating their squad is a bit daft.

Another suggestion was in regards to internationals and morale and confidence:
- International Call up - Morale and Confidence Measure
Getting called up to the national team should mean the world to you as a player and something you should strive for.
As a result players morale and confidence should reflect this... I would like your opinions on the matter....
Getting called up - Goes Up Slightly (0.10%)
Getting dropped - Goes down Slighty (0.025%)
Now the reason why getting dropped is lower then getting called up in my opinion is because you rival in your league could take over France (your best player in your team is Payet) and he goes and drops in to try and lower his morale/confidence on purpose to hinder your chances of winning the league against him.
These are just prediction numbers, what are your views?

This is not a good idea, Fadi.
Several managers already use the national side as a vehicle for their own players. If the call up has appreciable benefit then the system will be abused even more. You have already pointed out how the system could be used against an opponent.
Might I ask about the figures that you use as illustration. Where do they come from and how do they relate to morale and confidence?
