New Special Abilities


Experience (Exp)

Experienced players have come across most of the problems and challenges you find on the football pitch before. They are more aware of the strengths and limitations of themselves and the opposition, and can read the game better than most of their younger team mates.

Loyalty (LOY)

Loyal players care more about their club than the mercenaries that are rife in the modern game. They will run a little bit further and put their body on the line more readily than other players. If their manager decides to sell them they will reluctantly accept, but they will lose the LOY special ability.

Versatility (VER)

Versatile players can be played as a defender, midfielder and forward.

Character (CHA)

Having a few characters in the squad helps build team spirit, boost morale and protects player from losing confidence.

Ego (Ego)

These players have no doubt at all in their ability. If any manager is foolish enough not to select them in the team they will not hide their anger at having to work with such idiots.

Disruptive (Dis)

If disruptive players are in the team and playing well they might not cause any problems. Maybe.

Dual Special Abilities

It is now possible for players to start with two special abilities, or be given a second SA by spending UE points on them.

These are negative SAs, was planned for 118 launch I believe

EGO - (confidence protection, complains early if not in the team)
DIS - disruptive
INJ - injury prone

If you want to replace DIS, INJ or EGO there is an additional cost of 5 UE points for doing so.
