Can you update Chester City to be called Chester FC for scouting? Chester City went defunct a few years ago lol

Would it be possible to get an update on how many managers there are so far in each league and potential timings around start dates etc???/
We still have to process a lot of applications who have not specified a team, but will post the make up of the Leagues some point soon.
We are aiming to start 117 on or around the 30th November.

We will be emailing all managers later this week. ok maybe im reading to much into this but 1....why so close to launch date could ue not give a proper answer to question. 2....why email managers to give information when normally it would just be posted on forum. 3....forum is just a click away from opening up after ue posted 1st threads could it be u.e are ready to go and the email to all managers stated above is the 1st turn

I have agreed a deal with City this week which includes 3 players for Pogba and cash. Is this going to be rejected due to me being in debt? Or if I make money on other signings so that my debt is still lowered will it allow it to go through? Don't want to waste 4 spaces on chance that's all!

In Game 112 I was able to do a similar deal whilst heavily in debt with Man City and the deal went through. In fact in 112 both me and the other manager were heavily in debt and it went through as our figures matched so unless this has changed since then, which i'm not aware it has then your deal should be fine.

If every single return mds sheet was back with ultimate europe a day or two before the deadline day would the game be run earlier or remain played on deadline day?
