We have emailed all winners from the auction who have bid for specific teams and will collect all of those deposits until the 6th of November. After that date we will know which teams we have available, so will then contact all of the other winning bidders who did not specify teams plus those managers that were not successful with their bids. Once we have allocated those people we will post a list of remaining teams on the forum for everyone else to have a look at. The bidding for 117 has been a fantastic success and we will now spend some weeks adding new teams and updating player profiles to get it as good as we can for you all. We expect to launch the game towards the end of November but would sooner take our time getting it right than commit to a date now. Also we will not know starting debts or UE point allocations until that time. Thank you all for the amazing interest you have shown.. Game 117 will be our best game yet

Most HFG last 5 seasons if not more, paying for the team for that many seasons isnt a bad idea and you get the team you want and ensure the game will last.
With the amount of bids flying around this game will last a very long time.
Plus the new changes, plus the additional European teams... It should be the best game yet.

The changes seem to have gone through to other games as well (beter trialists, at least from this week anyway) so the changes are a big step in the right direction!
I'm really curious as to how all the leagues will shape up

Im really pleased to see UE sounding so positive and up for it, cant wait for this game to start!
It might be too late for suggestions, but is there any way to start the game with a pre-season turn? Maybe have a random friendly, or even just give us the squad lists and an mds, no training, no transfer deals etc just team selection? Its just that the system always chooses fullbacks, LMRM and IF CF but if your squad happens to have wingbacks and RFLF you tend to lose as players are out of position.

This is something that has been discussed on several occasion.
This is is implementing it for UE means creating a slightly new system, which is why its taking longer then usual and why they are yet to implement it (as far as i remember from a previous post).
