Ok I've scoured the forums, how do I find unmanaged clubs, I'm in 115. So looking at the others? And obviously be good to see the squads of those teams.

Pretty sure you have to use the extra prints to see squads mate. Though someone may be able to clarify?
Page 24 of handbook.
"You can also scout other teams from all around the world, from Panathanikos of Greece to River
Plate of Argentina. This is done through the Extra Prints (See page 25) section on your MDS, just
enter TEA then the name of the team you wish to scout and which country they are from."
