I'm very sure UE would say to deal to the player's 'true' max value being £50m rather than £60m but nothing to stop you from selling to someone else for £60m still.
The same applies to swap deals if you deal with somebody who paid over the odds you either wait for the 6 weeks to expire and the max value to reset or you deal for that true max value anyway rather than the inflated figure.
