On a week of many rises for many teams, my pot GK on loan did not rise. Is this a coincidence or do players on loan not rise?

They definitely do rise when on loan, I've had plenty in different games, only this week, I had an AM rise from 34/90 to 34/92

My back up GK with POT went out on loan last week and rose with the big rises this week just gone.
