Happy New Year everyone! I hope you all had good Christmas.
The following changes have been introduced over the festive period.
Pre Season Turn.
Turn 0 will now happen in between seasons so everyone will be able to see their opponents in the first league game before selecting the team to face them.
Friendly matches against random opponents will be played on this turn. You can select 2 teams selections for these friendlies on your MDS for Turn 0.
New SAs
Inexperience (INX) - Young players often start with the inexperienced SA which can effect their performance, though some positions are effected worse than others. This can't be removed by spending UE points, but will disappear after that player has played a certain number of first team games, or reaches a certain age. What that age is, and how many are needed varies from player to player.
Presence (PRE) - big character who reassures defenders and make opposing forwards doubt themselves in a one on one (goalkeeper only)
Can be bought for 6 points from the 12th of January
Genius (GEN) - Can see things other players can't see and produce moments of magic in the game. Rare, can't be bought.
* Players with the Gentleman SA have had their SA changed from GEN to GNT.

Like the turn 0 improvement.
Will this be the same for a brand new game? I.e turn 0 season 1 or will a game still be played?

Thanks Am happy for it to be discussed, but the plan is to start new games on turn 1. The first turn is an advert to potential new managers and while I can see the advantages in it, it won't show as much of the game as Turn 1 does.

Na, keep it as is for me.
Turn 1 on season 1
Turn 0 every season after.
Good compromise

Agree with Muscles. A long time coming but a great addition having a pres season turn.
Good changes there Ben, especially the keeper SA

Great changes Ben, so glad the pre-season has been brought in. Campaigned for it long enough  Going to purchase the SA PRE this week and give it a whirl.

Some managers are saying the option to buy the PRE SA is not on the MDS drop down list. It is there, try refreshing the page if it's not coming up.
