I've had players drop stats (not as a result of confidence or age) and have not managed to ever get them back up. Any tips/insight into how it works?
Latest example was my EOS purchase who lost 3 oa (-1 pv on two positions) on arrival with loss of morale. Morale is back now, is it just a case of training him for weeks on the lost stats?

Try and train him it should go back up, but i would email ben.

Kept training and he's gone back up! Morale improved which must have helped.
