Haven't seen this asked in my time here but sure it must have been asked at somepoint.
I think it would be good for players who have added pot to have their value amended to reflect this.
Just as an SA does it may make deals easier to sort out and may stop the usual squabbling when pot players are moved on in deals. Value added will depend on age and PV etc...

This has come up a few times recently and is something that UE said they don't want to implement, here is the rationale they gave, I think it makes good sense:
Giving a player added potential sets his potential values to very high and I understand having that status can be a big part of transfer negotiations. But the reason 'added potential' doesn't increase a player's value is that it is possible that a player without 'added potential' could have greater potential than someone who does.
