One theme, that seems to be prominent amongst those to whom I speak, is the concern that the best players are going exclusively through the Transfer list.
Can you confirm that there are plenty of high OA players currently hidden in RotW teams, just waiting for new masters?

really good question I am yet to find a gem through scouting teams or via my own scouts (i dont actually see the point in my own scouts).

If its the case ive not got "lucky" yet I can live with that, if there's nothing there to actually get then whats the point.

There are some, yes. This is an area we are reviewing, and better scouted players will become a little more common soon.

I agree however found a 23yr old 35CF 87OA this week so there is a few out there.

I've find a few good scouted players to be fair
Some weeks have been poor granted, but this is the challenge of a hfg I suppose
