How do wages get calculated?
I know it goes off the capacity kind of but how does that explain this?

You have signed N Bacchus from Superstar Rangers on a free transfer
You have signed L Fiawoo from Superstar Rangers on a free transfer

Work that out

Fiawoo is a year younger, 2 oa under Bacchus and 4 pv down but gets 13k more???

Why would that make sense in any scenario??? Risdale left years ago lol

The factors that contribute towards wages are:

Age
Initial Rating (OA at the start of the season, so players wages don't change from week to week)
Club factor (The teams popularity, capacity etc)
Last transfer value.

The minimum initial rating is 70. Some rest of the World players get boosted during the course of the season, giving them a much higher OA than their initial rating. This was the case with N Bacchus, which is why you have him on low wages. His agent will renegotiate that wage at the start of the next season.
