I was looking at my GK situation and I have Julio Cesar 37 YO with EXP SA - Now we all know that EXP SA hasn't really shown its true qualities in terms of what you get out of the player.
What about asking a player with EXP SA to tutor one of the younger players for a period of 10 weeks and see how they get on and after the 10 week period you can see a increase in there stats or a decrease or no movement depending on how they got on.
Also you get a bit of feedback from the first team coach " X Really enjoyed his tutoring with XX and has shown signs of improvement" or " X didn't feel the benefit from being tutored with XX hasn't shown any sign of improvement"
Let me know your thoughts.

Interested that Exp is not rated by some managers. Unsure about this idea but happy to have more input. One of the benefits of the proposed SA Pro would be setting an example to the younger players.

Personally I feel EXP is a great free SA to have. I feel it has often helped me to beat better, younger but inexperienced sides even if they are statistically better than mine in average PV and average OA.
