What would people think about an option where you could ask for a training report and your coach could tell you an area of training for a particular player that is potentially close to going up a stat.
For example you select under actions
PLAYER ID - PLAYER NAME - 'COACHES TRAINING REPORT'
Then the following turn you'd get a response such as...
First Team Coach - Player X is close to improving in shooting

Not for me personally, think it would make it to easy to get a rise.

I'm not keen on this. Would encourage managers to get OA rises to sell rather than focusing on what a player would benefit from.

My thinking was more on if a player is going to ages to go up in one pv positional stat you could leave it for eos when stats do tend to rise, and apply your focus to a different area.
For example, if you had an LF with PV stats of 8,8,9,9 and you find his shooting will take some time to improve you could move onto movement instead of wasting an entire season.
But fair enough, just a thought.
