At the start of the game smaller teams are given UE points to help them compete with the giants of European football. The points can be spent in these ways: - Increase a player's speed by 1 (can only be done once per player) * 10 Pts - Increase a player's aggression by 1 (can only be done once per player) * 10 Pts - Improve a player’s potential to develop through training (once per player) 7 Pts - Increase stadium by 10,000 seats and 1 condition 5 Pts - Make a player Both Footed 5 Pts - Add £3,000,000 to your starting budget 1 Pt - Purchase a Special Ability for a player. More details on SA's here: viewtopic.php?f=336&t=57450* If you are increasing a player's speed or aggression to 10 the cost is 20 Pts. Points can be spent at any time. If a player already has two special abilities and you want to replace one with another, you must specify which one you want to replace. If you want to replace DIS, INJ or EGO there is an additional cost of 5 UE points for doing so. If you want to replace ALC there is an additional cost of 10 UE points for doing so.

Some players are injury prone (INJ) and it would cost 5 points to remove that from them.
