With both games 123 (EFG) & 124 (HFG) on the horizon, there’s a new excitement of game to look forward to. Playing both games alongside each other looks like the perfect combination catering for all types of manager to play.
I myself will only be in 124, as the HFG appeals to me more. Not only because it’s a HFG format but looking forward to playing with new teams & newer challenges. The idea of a slower rises format certainly adds longevity to this game & will challenge even the better & more experienced players in the game. A single managed game certainly takes away the issues with players having multi managed teams & doubts regarding possible cheating going on. If we all treat this game with a sportsmanlike attitude ,it could be a better game than 121 even.
What’s everyone thoughts about 124 ?

121 was great even with its issues. Haven't enjoyed 122, so this will be my final season in that.
In my opinion 124 has the potential to be the best UE game, for reasons below.
No multi team management at any stage.
No Kama
low rises and untrainables
brand new teams and leagues
World club cup.
After 20 years, This will be my final game in UE , so 6 seasons then I hang up my MDS !
So really looking forward to it and I hope my bid gets me my awful team that I have chosen. To kick around in the 4th division for the 6 seasons

I've opted for 124 out of the 2 on offer. It's great to have a choice out of 3 games. It's a unique challenge in this new format and look forward to seeing how it plays out. The removal of multi team management is a huge selling point for me. Something I've longed for since back in the 70s games. Hope to start in the 4th div with a team that didn't feature in Ben's original list from his test league. So high hopes of getting them.

I've gone for 124. Simply because I prefer the hfg format, but the fact it has a different spin on things really appeals to me. I just hope I can secure my first choice
