The ones you can get rid of all cost 5pts to remove apart from ALC which costs 10pts to remove.

The only negative SA you can buy is SEL, it costs 3pts.
Others:

TEA means Team player. Plays unselfishly - sacrificing himself for the team, always looks to cover and support his team mates.
