Who should be in the Champions League in 119? Should the most recent league placings be used, should overall success in the past be used, or should squad value decide?

maybe leave the big squad value teams out, let them be the challengers instead of having the chance of instant success. Give the little clubs a chance

Maybe clubs with the financial upper hand should not be in, help smaller clubs generate cash, this could depend on or if cash balances will make up squad value?
Think a draw would be fair, seeing as players are technically being drawn around clubs, saves arguments as it will be random then.

If your doing it that way the worst four/five teams from each league should be in it - the four/five likely to be unmanaged!
At the very least the best teams historically should be in it. Doing it randomly will be silly - as you could have Barca/Man United and the likes of Lokeren, Rotherham, Cowdenbeath and Nancy.

Are we really debating to put rubbish sides in the CHAMPIONS league?  Surely keeping it to what its supposed to be makes sense? Otherwise it wont be seen as a worthy competition in its first season and the winners wont be seen as the best in the game.
