I'm just coming to the end of my first season and enjoying it immensely. I was just wondering how many people manage their reserve and youth sides? At present I just do the first time whilst I got to grips however thought it would be interesting to manage the others next season. Do you manage both or just choose one? |

I manage both and find it adds interest to the game in terms of training and players developing and obv more results to keep an eye on |

i've always done the full house, as i normally stay with the team for 4 to 5 seasons so i get to bring on my youths and see them progress up the teams.... nothing better than seeing a young 16yo trialist finally make his 1st team debut 3 or 4 years down the line.. not really useful if your just here for a season and then leave. |
