Will there be an update on what has been bid for teams that we will b able to see like last HFG?

Yes

If I have a successful bid for a team like Porto from the Portuguese league who are pretty much always in the Champions League and are in it this season, would my team b in the Champions League for the start of the game?

Most likely yes

Also.. If there is enough bids for European teams to b added that are from different leagues then is there the possibility of making a "mixed Euro league" of its own?

Possibly, we will review this when we have collected all of the successful deposits.

Will we know which teams begin the game in debt before we bid? As that might affect who we bid on.

No as this will not be known for sure until the game has been run. Basically the better the squad the higher the debt.

Nice idea with the loyalty points!

Few points:

So will these be the only updates for now?

Yes
Eg. - Take it were not doing the 4 English leagues this HFG?

No, although if enough English teams are bid for then they could be added to the Scottish League.

A great addition with the Loyalty points hopefully, keep people in the game past season 2/3/4 etc.
Just a question: Example you forget to send payment and your team is -5p credit, will that mean that your directors confidence and your UE points loyalty get reset?

If you are deleted from the game then you may lose your loyalty UE points.

I would expect to not get my "loyalty points" for that mate!

As Its I take not a closed bidding system how do we know what the highest current bid is in order to submit a new bid if we get out bid the first time

We will post details on the forum of the bids we receive.

Since we play a smaller league, some top tier teams are put into the lower division. If we bid on a mid sized team is there a way to know what division that team will start in?

We would not add a top tier team into a lower division. You can always ask us in advance if there is a specific team you have in mind.

Will the bid updates be on this topic?

No there will be a seperate topic.

How often will you update the bids?

Daily but it will depend on how often new bids are received.

If I make a bid on a team which is unsuccessful, then make a backup bid which is successful. Then a space for my first bid becomes available because someone hasn't paid a deposit etc, will I be offered my preferred bid before processing my backup option?

Yes if someone fails to pay their deposit then we will contact the next highest bidder for that team, and offer them the chance to take them.

well if i bidded £300 for barca and saw had bid for Barca at that price, i'd guess that would be me winning. Or at worst drawing

Yes and if there are two or more winning bids of the same amount we will display them.

what are the guidelines of a team in debt...?

do they have to clear there debt within a certain period of time and will the computer put players on the list if this is not done.

If a team does not reduce its debt then players can be automatically listed.

can a team in debt buy players or do they have to clear debt first.

The debt must be cleared to less than £25M before they can actually buy any players.

Teams with debt should look to reduce the amount as soon as possible.

can you do swap deals while in debt for instance

im man utd and £150,000,000 in debt

can i swap rooney with leicester for vardy and £10,000,000 (just an example)

so getting a replacement and clearing some of debt at same time

Yes you can do that.

What's the story about team hopping? Are you doing it so one manager has to stick to the one team during 117 instead of managers jumping clubs and getting rid of playèrs then onto another team?

As managers will be paying deposits to reserve the team of their choice, and it will be a very busy game, there will be less chance of anyone changing teams.

Is there any rewards this time for reserve and youth team winners? Gives more managers a chance to manage them with and incentive to win something.

There are cash rewards for winning the Reserve or Youth Leagues.

Will you be bringing out any new tactics or will it just be the same?

No new tactics, we have listed the changes for 117.

I think the match engine should be updated a bit , if a teams screw up there tactics/formation they should be punished for it (like playing to RWBs or playing RM with a RWB I seen it happen a few times in 112 and the team has came away with a point.

Teams are punished for it but there is no default result as a consequence.

And finally..... Can you update the rule book please????
