Interested to know who will be joining this game? Remember the frenzy around last HFG's & the sums being paid up front to secure 'big teams'. Would people prefer a smaller club or big club in huge amounts of debt? Myself i would go for a smaller club with points. |

It would be interesting if everyone just done a standard team instead of paying silly money for a 'top top' club.... I would love to manage Arsenal one day but I just won't pay 2-£300 for them and id rather a bigger challange managing a smaller club.. Maybe 1 day we could all agree to manage a 2nd div team in a new game and build a team from there, it will make things more interesting..but that's just me! And of course ppl can spend what they like when they like I'm just a plank |

i'll be going for a middle of the road type team... again!!! all teams are supposed to be equal in a HFG. but in reality we know this is not really true.... i'd like to see people paying up front for a 3 year season ticket, to give the game guaranteed continuity, and then teams allocated in a 'lucky dip' type way. but doubt i'll see that whilst i'm playing. |

Using Richards Account. I have always gone for a small team, its annoyed me. I would rather a big team in debt and have that as a challenge - swapping great players to reduce your wage structure. Anyways, ill be putting in £2-300 this year. Fadi Chievo 07787560603 |

Would be good to get a division between people that are in for the long haul. Maybe the Italian or Spanish league? That way people who are going for average teams know that the division will be competitive for a good amount of seasons. |

It will be a bidding war, the more money you spend for a big team, the longer your in the game for the more chance you will get them. HFG are made for 5 seasons min, so if you got the money pay for a 5 season pass. English/Italian/Spanish leagues will also see the biggest impact, Germany/France not far behind either. The rest are pick up the pieces league and look at competing in the Champs League come season 2/3. For me, i would place bidding wars on the big teams and some of the smaller teams, find a way to sell the small teams to managers - They introduced UE points, but what else can they offer - Maybe one team free scouting from turn 1? E.g - Chievo/Mainz/Ath Bilbao/Caen - Teams that people want but wont necessarily bid big money for them, but are decent nevertheless. Anyways, we need to find a way to keep smaller teams in the game, maybe better trailists, a good youth setup? - Something that will keep them beyond season 2/3. |

Totally agree, by EOS 2, clubs should be pretty much equal in a HFG as long as they have been managed well and points spelt well. |

well i'm going about it a different way 87 - R Madrid 99 - Wolves 107 - Leverkusen 112 - Ajax this time i'm fancying a big club (first time in about 7 years) got a good job, should be sorting my new gaff tomorrow so have time to save but won't pay anything silly. haven't settled on a final team but i'd think its one from Manu City Chelsea Barca or Madrid |

I agree i don't think it really matters what team you are if your in it for the long haul then go for a smaller side , Iv never really been a big side so haven't seen it from there point of view but I'll be going for Dundee United I won't be spending silly money so not really fussed who I get I'll try stay till season 6 this time. |

I Would like to start with a team in debt & good players from the start as 2 previous 'HFG' started with lesser teams, Although do like the idea of 'Points' to pick players to develop or swap on. If I can't get a popular side due to high bids, Then would like to go in a league which will last as looking to stay in the new game & have 1 team in UE & not join any new games. What is people's preference on leagues? Talking division 2. |

Thinking of trying to get Alloa in the new game. What do seasoned players think about the longevity of taking a small team in the Scottish leagues. Also I am sure this has been addressed somewhere on the forum just point me in the right direction , what are going to be the main differences between this set up and 115? Thanks Mark |
