The HFG "Hard Format Game" is just full of managers who have played the game for years so is as such harder! However the bigger clubs start in debt in this game so usually have to sell a fair few squad players before they can bid on scouted finds, it's supposed to even it! What usually happens is they swap their best players for young potential players + cash who flourish EOS and are still better off!

I think people bid for the most popular teams - so whoever offers the most credit for a team gets them I personally prefer to have some randomly selected crap team but that's just me |
