Pele would be lucky to end up at the mighty Torquay!

Could I make one suggestion that there be no rest of the world transfer list on the first turn... this could make it a level playing field even more so given the fact some managers know max values.

does this mean a legend not at a managed team will be placed at a rest of the world team that they have previously played for or is it really just random ie a brazilian superstar could be found at torquay. Any info on this

I don't think it makes a difference as those managers will know max values for scouted finds as well.

I agree with no Row on first turn but I'd go a little further and make it a couple of turns. If legends are handed to you on a plate by putting them on the list anybody that can work out max value does have an advantage if everybody has to scout it does give everybody a chance as you cant scout everybody in one go

Totally agree, got no issue with people being able to accurately guess... but at least make them put in the effort of scouting all the ROTW sides. I'd say no ROTW players on transfer list for a few turns or have it but with players of 89oa and below(essentially, squad fillers!)
That would make it far more even!

I think this was answered on an earlier thread boys.
What Ben said was that legends would be on the Turn 1 ROTW list as this is the time that smaller teams with the most money have the chance to bid without the bigger teams getting involved.

I can see the fors/against for this but I think there should be a decent RoTW selection first turn, I would think maybe 3-5 World class legends will be available, maybe 10 good first teamers and the rest squad fillers.
I don't think Ue are silly enough to bang 100 class players on the list first turn! Im sure there will still be a few hidden away that won't be found til toward the end of season 1!

I would say have the ROW list as the big sides on turn 1 will have debt so can't bid leaving the smaller sides to battle it out. The issue we will have is the sharing of scouted players.

They don't have large debts like in an HFG and can easily sell some players first turn and buy from there with funds generated.
Also I think it takes away an element of skill, finding the players yourself is much more rewarding.

Legends won't appear on the list apart from on the first turn, when a selection of the best legends will be available. They will however not be cheap.
Yes, the bigger clubs could sell some players and bid for players themselves, but they would have to raise a lot of money to be able to do so.

Will the national sides only contain currently active players at the start so that it makes the scouting a bit more challenging?
