So I've always wondered how people do there training...

Do you spread out the hours so they dabble in everything or do you put alot of hours into one area and try and work on that for that week?

Let me know you thoughts...

I used to spread it across everything but have started to experiment recently. Although it takes a few weeks to show any improvement even if you focus on one area.

Its a pretty decent indicator of natural potential in players I've found as well...

A real mixture for me in the past.

1 hour on opponent

Then at least 2 on everything else and then the rest depending on what stat I was training first team player.

Recently tho I have done 1 hour on everything and then the rest on the stat I am training.
So if training Gerrard passing then team passing would get 17 hours.
