I'm just coming to the end of my first season and enjoying it immensely.
I was just wondering how many people manage their reserve and youth sides? At present I just do the first time whilst I got to grips however thought it would be interesting to manage the others next season.
Do you manage both or just choose one?

I manage both and find it adds interest to the game in terms of training and players developing and obv more results to keep an eye on

i've always done the full house, as i normally stay with the team for 4 to 5 seasons so i get to bring on my youths and see them progress up the teams.... nothing better than seeing a young 16yo trialist finally make his 1st team debut 3 or 4 years down the line.. not really useful if your just here for a season and then leave.
