can someone please explain what they are? and what they are used for? cant find anything about them in the rule book.

Smaller teams get points at the start of season these can be used in exchange for extra transfer cash maybe bye a special ability for one of your squad or put potential on a player

You have been given 50 UE points to spend on this team. They can be spent in the following ways:
Improve a players potential to develop through training (once per player) 5 Pts
Buy a Special Ability for a player (excluding Leadership and Versatility) 7 Pts
Add £5,000,000 to your starting budget (max 20 points) 3 Pts
Leadership 12 Pts
Increase stadium by 10,000 seats and 1 condition (no limit) 5 Pts
Point Delay (15 points which can be spent at any time in Season 1) 20 Pts
