Admin will decide on a case by case basis what is or is not acceptable content for this forum. If a manager has broken any of the General Conduct rules then he/she will be subject to the following:

A first offence will involve the removal of their particular post/s and a PM warning from Admin.

A second offence will involve the removal of their particular post/s, a PM warning from Admin and their warning level increased.

A third offence will involve the removal of their particular post/s, a PM warning from Admin, their warning level increased and a one week suspension from the forum.

They may also then need to have any post they make approved by a member of the team before it appears on the forum.

Any further breaches will involve increased warning levels and suspensions followed eventually by a permanent ban from the forum.
